We highly recommend him for both  major IT isssues, loss of data, down to small 'work smarter, storage issues'. He can work remotely sharing your screen (which is a Godsend), or in person.
His always calm, efficient, and friendly, and has a 'Can Do attitude'.
His response time is fantastic, and his instructive manner is so helpful, especially  when you don't know what you're doing, and you are in a panic.

Various attenpts to resolve it with Intel support were unsuccessful - dropped it off to John and he had it all sorted within 48 hours. He was incredibly accommodating, and more than happy to help share knowledge, so I could perform this particular job myself in the future.
