John has worked with us for about ten years.  We highly recommend him for both  major IT isssues, loss of data, down to small 'work smarter, storage issues'. He can work remotely sharing your screen (which is a Godsend), or in person. His always calm, efficient, and friendly, and has a 'Can Do attitude'. His response time is fantastic, and his instructive manner is so helpful, especially  when you don't know what you're doing, and you are in a panic. I can highly recommend John at Streatham PC services if you have problems with your laptop/pc or IT issues.  He is responsive, supportive, very competent ,  reasonable and patient with technophobes like me. I accidentally disabled the graphics driver of my NUC which meant I couldn't see anything onscreen anymore. Various attenpts to resolve it with Intel support were unsuccessful - dropped it off to John and he had it all sorted within 48 hours. I had a fairly simple job to do, so I asked John to come help me perform the work, with full compensation, instead of handing it off to him. He was incredibly accommodating, and more than happy to help share knowledge, so I could perform this particular job myself in the future. He said he was pleased to see someone was interested in the trade! Such a refreshing attitude after being bluntly turned away by other repair providers in the area.
